Cancellation policy
SPNZ reserves the right to cancel the event. In case of event cancellation, the fee will be refunded in full.
Participant registration may only be cancelled in writing no later than June 6, 2026 (inclusive). A cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
For cancellations made after June 6, 2026, the fee is non-refundable.
In case of a “no-show”, the fee is non-refundable, i.e. a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

A substitute participant may attend instead of the registered participant.

Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. A room capacity has been reserved at the hotel for conference participants. We recommend booking early or using nearby hotels.
